Tenuta Dalle Ore
The estate is certified organic and uses biodynamic practices in the vineyard. A fifth of the estate is maintained as forest and meadows to encourage biodiversity. To ensure the transference of the energy Marco guides from the vineyard into the glass, the winemaking at Dalle Ore is strict without manipulation. Only sulfur is added when necessary and in minimal quantities.
