How to pay?

On the checkout page, the total amount of the order will be displayed, including additional discounts on items, shipping, and the Cash Dollars used for cash rebates/bonuses/bonus points; then click "Confirm Payment."

2. Online credit card payment PayPal - Visa / Master / AE

You will be taken to the PayPal page to make a payment; click "Pay with Credit Card“, you need to enter the credit card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and credit card verification code on this page. Do not log out of this page or use the Bounce button while PayPal is processing the credit card authorization process, as doing so may result in an unsuccessful order. You will receive an email with order details when the system completes the process.

To make future purchases more convenient, you can sign up for a PayPal account and keep your credit card information, so you don't have to enter it again for the next purchase.

Track order status

After the goods are shipped, you will receive an email notification "Delivery Arrangements." and the "Transportation Document Number. "

Order cancelled?

If your order is cancelled due to merchant out-of-stock or other reasons, the purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card account within 10 working days.

For orders with on-the-spot payment combined with the store, the relevant purchase amount will be refunded to your Wine Passion account in the form of Cash Dollars.

How long will it take to receive the goods? How will I notify you after the remittance is completed?

If the order is placed before 9:00 a.m., it can be shipped on the earliest day; if an order is placed after 9:00 a.m., it will be shipped the next day.

In case of out of stock, we will notify you separately!

After receiving the product, can I return the product if I find it is defective?

If the product is defective or wrong, please contact customer service within "24 hours" of receiving the product for a return or exchange.

We have stores in Hong Kong and the Mainland. Depending on the product, there are physical stores to experience; please follow the announcement on the official website product page.

Are physical store prices the same as online store prices?

Prices are the same in brick-and-mortar stores and online stores, but online, and brick-and-mortar store activities are out of sync.

Will there be a fee for paying with a credit card?

Wine Passions Shop does not charge any fees

Can I place an order without a registered member?
