Fresh white wine displaying a beautiful straw yellow colour. Rich nose with aromas of citrus and stone fruit, in particular, peach, melon and aromatic herbs. On the palate, tropical and citrus notes give to the wine balance, roundness and a persistent finish.

Grande Alberone Terre Siciliane has a unique vanilla scent, followed by fresh white flowers, lemon and grapefruit, red apple and sweet pear, and mineral notes. Then it transforms into a sweet and ripe fruit aroma; the unique vanilla smell persists for a long time and becomes more apparent. The grape variety used is Catarratto, the second-largest grape variety in Sicily, Italy, and the most popular white grape variety. It is vigorous, with a mid-to-late ripening period and distinctive citrus, herbs, and minerals aroma. The most influential wine critic in Italy, Luca Maroni (LM), gave this wine 94 points, and the highest he gave was only 99 points. His original scoring system evaluates wines in three directions: consistency, balance, and integrity. The obtained index of quality takes sensory feelings into account, and these three directions can be aided by analysis with scientific instruments.

Noble Holy Land Winery is an aristocratic winery in Sicily, southern Italy. It has a thousand-year-old winemaking culture and unique grape planting and collection technology to produce excellent products. Both inside and outside are produced, and the bottle design also retains the cultural color of the Baroque time, making it possible to appreciate the paintings at the same time as wine tasting. "

This wine has a prominent nutty taste in the mouth, and the high acidity softens the vanilla and dramatically enhances the freshness of the wine. Wine pairs well with seafood, white meat, and salads.

Cantine Santi Nobile

Cantine Santi Nobile is a noble winery located on the island of Sicily in southern Italy. It has a thousand-year-old winemaking culture and unique grape growing and collection techniques that make it excellent. Sicily has a high climate throughout the year, and the soil made of limestone and gravel is the best condition for growing grapes.

In 1930, Girolamo (great-grandfather of the current owner) bought the first garden, and now there are 3 wineries, one in SANTI NOBILE in Sicily and Galantino in Puglia. Manor (Cantine Galatina), and Santa Sofia Manor (Cantine Sofia) in Venice.

Each winery occupies 50 hectares, of which 20 hectares are used for brewing white wine and 30 hectares are used for brewing red wine. The vines have been planted for over 50 years.

They utilize natural organic farming methods but never list them clearly on their own brand. Because they believe that this can effectively brew the most original taste of grapes, and they believe that wines have their own unique personality.

The Noble Holy Land Winery produces both internal and external products, and the bottle design also retains the cultural color of the Baroque time, making it possible to appreciate the paintings while tasting the wine.

Sicily

Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, an autonomous region of Italy, and one of the largest wine-producing regions in Italy, with an annual output of 807.3 million liters.
The production area has a typical Mediterranean climate, with sunshine and moderate rainfall all year round, which is very suitable for the growth of grapes. Most of the territory is mountainous, and volcanic activity is widespread. To the northeast lies Europe's highest active volcano, Mount Etna, which brings mineral-rich dark soils that give Etna DOC wines a distinct character. Most of the vineyards in the region are higher on the hillsides, with cooler climates and richer soils. Volcanic activity in the western part of the region is less frequent and intense, but it also affects the soil types. With the combined effect of these terroirs, the region is not only a growing area for cereals, olives, and citrus fruits but also an excellent place for wine growing.

Luca Maroni Scoring System - There is no 99-point rating system for perfect wines
Rational analysis and evaluation of wine with consistency, balance, and integrity that can be analyzed by scientific instruments, coupled with factors such as price and production, are loved by Italian wine fans and build trust.
