Tenuta Dalle Ore
Tenuta Dalle Ore is located in the Veneto wine-producing region in northeastern Italy. It adheres to its environmental protection philosophy and is committed to finding the direction of new wines. It is a winery full of an artistic atmosphere.
Dalle Mine Winery uses organic farming-related planting methods and strictly monitors each production process. To preserve the uniqueness of each wine, no chemical materials are used.
In 2006, the Dalle Ore family started producing wine and created the "Tenuta Dalle Ore" brand.
The winery was run by Carlo, Umberto, and Giorgio, the second-generation heirs of the Pascal family, who set their sights wider and began to develop overseas markets actively.
Durella
Durella or Durello is a white Italian wine grape variety originating from the Veneto wine region of northeast Italy. Today it is sparsely cultivated, though some producers like to experiment with it since its high acid levels make it suitable for sparkling wines.
With medium-length bunches and very thick skins, Durella is a late-ripening, vigorous and vigorous white grape variety. Typical aromas are green apple, lemon, white flowers, and minerals. As of 2000, Dalello's planting area in Italy has reached 723 hectares, mainly in the DOC-producing area of Monte Rescini in Veneto.
The high acidity makes it a versatile variety and is used to make still, sparkling, and dessert wines. Durella wines are light for the most part, with floral, citrus, and mineral notes, low alcohol, high acidity, and light body. . In the Mount Resinis DOC region, Dalello is usually blended with other varieties, and the proportion of Dalello can reach 85%.
