Cantine Santi Nobile

An aristocratic winery on the Italian island of Sicily, it has a thousand-year-old winemaking culture and unique grape planting and collection techniques to produce excellent products. Sicily

It is exceptional because of its 1,000-year-old winemaking culture and distinctive grape growing and collection methods. Sicily has a warm environment all year long, and the soil there is ideal for growing grapes because it is composed of limestone and gravel. Each winery has a 50-hectare footprint, with 20 hectares dedicated to the production of white wine and 30 hectares to the production of red wine. For more than 50 years, the vines have been planted.
